The injury news regarding Kansas City Chiefs rookie defensive lineman Omarr Norman-Lott appears to be season-ending after leaving Sunday’s game early.
According to a report from NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport, the Chiefs’ second-round selection from April’s NFL Draft suffered a torn ACL in Week 7.
“Chiefs DT Omarr Norman-Lott, their second rounder this year, suffered a torn ACL and is out for the season, sources say.” posted Rapoport on his social media, “The promising young lineman turns his attention to a full recovery for 2026.”

The promising young defensive lineman began his college career at Arizona State but transferred to the University of Tennessee. In two seasons with the Volunteers, he collected 44 tackles, 10 tackles for loss, 9.5 sacks, and one fumble recovery.
