BREAKING NEWS: Dallas Cowboys’ Brian Schottenheimer has CeeDee Lamb message for Kansas City Chiefs.NO.1

The Dallas Cowboys pulled off what was nothing short of a miraculous victory over the Philadelphia Eagles on Sunday, but it wasn’t without some negatives.

Perhaps the biggest negative was the performance from wide receiver CeeDee Lamb, who finished the game with three drops en route to posting four catches for 75 yards on a team-high 11 targets.

Lamb was also overshadowed by fellow wideout George Pickens, who finished with nine receptions for 146 yards and a touchdown and had a clutch catch that put the Cowboys in field goal range before kicker Brandon Aubrey’s game-winner.

Despite the fact that Lamb struggled in the win, Cowboys head coach Brian Schottenheimer still has plenty of faith in his star wideout.

In fact, he had a message for the Kansas City Chiefs ahead of the Week 13 game on Thanksgiving: expect plenty of Lamb.

“The ball is gonna keep coming his way,” Schottenheimer said of his wide receiver. “When we start drawing up plays for Kansas City, I’ll give them a little heads-up, there’ll be a lot of them going to 88.”

The good news for Lamb is the fact that the Cowboys don’t have to play the Eagles for the rest of the regular season, as the star wide receiver has a whopping seven drops against Philly over two games in 2025.

Lamb’s struggles only further underscore just how huge the Pickens trade was.

Not only did Pickens pick up the slack while Lamb was sidelined due to injury, he is continuing to step up big time since Lamb returned.

It’s now fair to wonder if Pickens has jumped Lamb as the Cowboys’ No. 1 wideout, seeing as how he has been far more consistent and reliable this season.

But that might actually be good news for Lamb, who may start seeing less attention as opposing defenses try to slow down Pickens, who is the second-most productive receiver in the NFL entering Week 13.
