According to multiple local reports, veteran quarterback Clayton Tune was arrested in downtown Green Bay Tuesday night following an alleged incident of public intoxication, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest.
Sources indicate that the incident occurred shortly after Tune learned of his release from the team earlier that afternoon. Witnesses at the scene described him as visibly upset and under the influence in a public area near a popular downtown district. Police were called after bystanders reported an altercation that escalated quickly.
Officers arrived at approximately 9:30 p.m. CST, where Tune reportedly resisted detention and continued shouting at the scene. Authorities confirmed that no one was seriously injured, though the incident led to multiple charges being filed.
Tune, 30, had been a veteran quarterback for the Packers, contributing primarily as a backup and rotational signal-caller. He appeared in 25 career games for Green Bay before being waived on Tuesday, shortly prior to the incident.
