The poor boy was accused of pushing the millionaire’s granddaughter into the pool… But the camera revealed that he had saved her… binmovie

The party at the Alcázar mansion was dazzling, as if nothing bad could possibly happen there.

The blue pool illuminated the garden with shimmering reflections. The house’s white columns looked like they belonged in a luxury magazine, the tables were laden with champagne glasses, flowers, and expensive desserts, and the guests strolled around dressed in black, gold, and silk, speaking in hushed tones as if money, too, had manners.

It was Martina’s eighth birthday, the granddaughter of Don Ricardo Alcázar.

Martina wore a white lace dress, silver shoes, and a small gold necklace that her grandfather had given her that very afternoon. Everyone said she looked like a princess.

But even princesses can feel lonely.

While the adults discussed business, inheritances, and travel, Martina went to the pool to watch the balloons floating on the water. Her grandfather was inside the house talking with some business partners. Her mother was arguing with an aunt about the guest list. No one noticed that the little girl had been left alone.

Only one boy saw her.

His name was Samuel.

He was ten years old, with messy dark hair, an old beige shirt, and pants that were too short. He wasn’t invited. His mother was working in the mansion’s kitchen, helping to serve the food, and he was waiting for her near the garden because they had no one to leave him with.

Samuel didn’t touch anything. He didn’t ask for food. He didn’t speak to anyone.

But the guests had already looked at him suspiciously several times.

To them, a poor boy at a rich party always seemed guilty of something.

Martina turned around and saw him.

“Hi,” she said.

Samuel became nervous.

“Hi.”

“Are you bored too?”

He looked toward the kitchen.

“I’m waiting for my mom.”

Martina smiled.

“I’m waiting for someone to play with me.”

Samuel didn’t know what to say. In his world, boys like him didn’t play with girls like Martina. At least not in mansions with guards and cameras.

Then an elegant woman appeared near the terrace. It was Claudia, a distant cousin of the Alcázar family. She wore a fitted black dress, understated jewelry, and a kind smile only when people were watching.

Claudia watched Martina by the pool.

Then she looked at Samuel.

Her eyes narrowed.

For weeks, Claudia had tried to convince Don Ricardo that Martina was too spoiled and that her mother shouldn’t inherit part of the family business. No one took her seriously. But that night she saw a cruel opportunity: an accident, a frightened girl, a poor boy near the water.

It all seemed simple enough.

Martina bent down to touch a balloon floating near the edge.

Samuel took a step forward.

“Careful, you might fall in.”

Martina laughed.

“It’s okay.”

At that moment, a hand appeared behind her.

It was quick.

A brief shove.

A scream.

Martina’s small body fell into the water.

“Help!” the girl cried, hitting the surface.

Samuel didn’t think.

He didn’t look to see if the adults were coming.

He didn’t ask if he should.

He jumped in.

The cold water engulfed him. His heavy shoes pulled him down, but he caught a glimpse of Martina’s white dress moving in the blue light. He grabbed her by the waist and struggled to pull her up.

“Hold on!” he said, swallowing water. “Don’t let go!”

The girl was crying, coughing, clutching his shirt.

Samuel kicked until he reached the edge. His hands slipped on the wet marble. Finally, he managed to pull Martina up just as some guests started running.

A man took the girl and pulled her out.

Samuel got out afterward, shivering, soaked, and breathless.

Martina sat on the edge of the pool, crying, her white dress clinging to her legs.

“My daughter!” her mother cried, running to her.

The guests gathered around.

And then what Samuel feared happened.

A man in a tuxedo pointed at him.

“What was this boy doing near the pool?”

Another guest said,

“I saw him hanging around a while ago.”

Samuel’s eyes widened.

“I didn’t do anything.”

Martina’s mother, terrified, hugged her daughter.

“Did you push her?”

“No!” Samuel said. “I heard her scream. I just pulled her out of the water.”

Martina coughed, crying.

“He didn’t push me… he saved me.”

But the adults were too frightened to listen to a wet, shivering child.

Claudia appeared among them, her face feigning concern.

“Poor Martina… This is what happens when you let just anyone into a family party.”

Samuel looked at her.

There was something in his voice.

Something too calm.

“I saw her,” he said suddenly.

Claudia froze.

“What did you say?”

Samuel was breathing heavily.

“You were behind her.”

The guests murmured.

Claudia let out a scandalized laugh.

“Me? This kid’s lying to save himself.”

The man in the tuxedo grabbed Samuel’s arm.

“We’d better call security.”

Samuel tried to pull away.

“It wasn’t me!”

Martina cried harder.

“Let him go! He helped me!”

But no one knew what to believe.

Then Don Ricardo Alcázar arrived.

He came down the steps of
